Standard (off-peak) slots
Usually morning, the middle of the day and later in the evening. These often cost less and can be quieter, which makes them a good choice for families and for anyone more interested in the view than the timing.
Levels 124 & 125
The standard observation deck visit and the most popular way to see Dubai from above. Here is what the two levels offer, how entry times work and what to check before you book.
An At the Top ticket gives timed entry to the two connected observation levels, 124 and 125. You pass security, walk through an exhibition about the tower's design and construction, then ride a high-speed lift to Level 124. Stairs connect it to Level 125 above.
Both levels are wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, so you can circle the building and look out in every direction. Level 124 also has an outdoor terrace. It is screened for safety, but it gives you fresh air and photos without reflections from the glass.
Some listings bundle At the Top with other Dubai attractions or add extras such as fast-track entry. Read each listing's inclusions carefully, because two tickets with similar names can contain different things.
Long-distance visibility depends on haze and weather on the day.
Entry times
Entry is by timed slot. Operators usually divide the day into standard (off-peak) and prime (peak) times. The busiest hours, especially the window around sunset, are typically priced higher.
Usually morning, the middle of the day and later in the evening. These often cost less and can be quieter, which makes them a good choice for families and for anyone more interested in the view than the timing.
Usually the late afternoon and sunset period. They are popular for photos and tend to sell out first, so book early if you want this window. See our sunset visit guide for timing tips.
The exact hours that count as peak are set by the operator and can change through the year. The live listing shows which times are available and the price for each.
Visit tips
Inside, the glass picks up reflections, especially after dark. Head to the Level 124 terrace for cleaner shots, or press your lens close to the glass and shade it with your hand.
The route from the mall entrance through security and the exhibition takes time. Arrive early so the queue does not eat into your time on the decks.
If you want a quieter, hosted visit higher up, look at At the Top SKY. If the view alone is the goal, Levels 124 and 125 already deliver it.
Good to know
You do not have to choose. A standard At the Top ticket includes both connected levels. Level 124 has the outdoor terrace, and Level 125 adds further viewing space.
Prime or peak time usually refers to the most popular entry times, especially around sunset. These slots are priced higher than off-peak times. Which hours count as peak is set by the operator and can change.
Tickets booked through Tiqets can usually be shown on a smartphone. The listing and confirmation tell you exactly what to present at the entrance.
